Since there was so much discussion on the subject... and since you are all
my good friends that help me in the DC email forum.
I have created a spreadsheet that helps calculate the land diameters,
connect and dis-connect feature sizes.    I took these numbers from the
IPC-275.    You'll see on the Excel spreadsheet where you need to change
your fabrication tolerances to change the numbers in the sheet.    If anyone
sees an error, or would like to comment, please do so.
