Hi Cindy,
If the manufacturer of the part specs a footprint guide I'd tend to use
it. If not, maybe IPC. If that fails check into www.smtplus.com and
contact hem, give them this example as a test, and determine if they're
a viable resource to their land pattern manual (guide on CD).
