Stephan,
In general with Tip&Ring type circuits
spacing from them (up to points of isolation device)
to all other parts of the circuit
would be 2.5 mm (.100).

It is good practice to keep each pair isolated from another
pair as much as possible but not for any safety issues. I generally
try to keep spacings within the Tip&Rng area about 0.8 mm (.030).

If there is Hazardous Voltage you may need to consider 5mm (.200)
Hope this gives you a jump start.

Subject: [DC] UL-1950 certification

We need to get the UL-1950 spec. certification for one of our products.
We are in the process of purchassing the specs but it would be greatly
apreciated if meanwhile anyone of you could give us some information on what
design rules to follow on the pcb (spacing needed for ring voltage, ring
start, -48v, etc.).
Again, we appreciatte all the help. Thanks.
