I have had consistent good results with PCB Express.  Their complete

They also have a service called Screaming Circuits for board assembly.
That works easily and quickly too.  

I have no relationship with this business.  I discovered it about two
years ago and have been really impressed by their service.  We order
boards prototype boards from them on a regular basis.

I know there have been a few discussions lately
about ExpressPCb and other freeware, but this
question is a little different....

I am being told that PCBExpress can do 1-day
turns for around $100. None of my current vendors
are like that, they charge more like $1000 locally.

Now I am being asked to take a little test board
that I ALREADY HAVE GERBER DATA for, and
recreate it in PCBExpress just to get it for $100
by the weekend.

Does anyone have vendors that take gerbers who
are competitive with this?
