I appreciate the responses, but I realize I didn't properly ask what I was really looking for.
I also misused punctuation, so I'll try again.
Yes, I have checklists and we have a (somewhat) formal design review process.
But what tools are being used out there?
When your 2nd (or 3rd) set of eyes look over your work, are they literally over your shoulder going net-by-net at the PCB or CAM files?
Are they looking at 1:1 or x:1 paper checkplots or tranparencies?
Anybody booking a conference space and using a projector?
If Dept. heads are signing off, what are they using to scrutinize the work?
What about file sharing and IM-ing, anybody attempting that?
I hope this better conveys what I was striving for.
