If we have any kind of change that does not affect the artwork, we rev
the documentation only. I wouldn't rely on purchasing to specify finish
in the PO, ultimately it is the Fab drawing that is the governing
document for the PWB specifications.

Subject: [DC] RoHS Compliance for bare PCB
What are others doing in the situation of specifying a new finish for
RoHS compliance on a board that is already in production?
Do you specify the new finish on the PO?
Do you ECO your documentation and bring the board up to the next rev?
This would mean generating new Gerber files to include the new rev
status. Do you up rev only the documentation? How would you identify the
board with the new finish? ................... ..............
Just trying to get a feel of what others are doing....
