              This is to inform you that a series of weekly study sessions
will be held at ATI
              for the upcoming IPC Designer Certification in Toronto, May
19,20 & 21, 1999.

              The objection is to discuss the five sections in the study
guide and
              clarify any concerns or questions. We have invited Stanley
Kostecki from
              Leitch Technology Inc. and Thomas Mulvihill from Consultronics
to assist us
              in the study sessions.

              We are planning to hold the study sessions every Friday up
until the IPC exam date.
              Depending on turnout and feedback from the study group itself
the day may change
              from Friday to something more suitable.  Your input and
presence are always welcome.

             You are required to provide your own CD and/or Study Guide and
all necessary
             IPC standards for the study sessions.
