Diodes, Inc. has a pattern called PowerDI 123.

These diodes are used on a board that is inspected to IPC-A-610 (latest
rev).

My question is this...

Per Section 8 of the standard, what are the PowerDI 123 parts
classified as?

I believe they fall into...

8.2.1 Chip Components - Bottom Only Terminations

Someone else says that they are...

8.2.9 - Flat Lug Leads

I am thinking that the Flat Lug Leads are the RF transistor category
parts.

Anyway, we both may be wrong. Is there anyone who has knowledge that
can guide me in the right direction and help identify the type of part
that the PowerDI 123 is?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

James Jackson
