Hello.

We are in the process of moving from one Internet Service Provider (ISP)
to another, and migrating to our new, wider bandwidth T1 connection.

The transition is complicated, and requires updating the DNS tables at 
both the old and new provider, as well as Internic. Each of these updates 
needs to propogate throughout the Internet.

As a result, for about next 48 hours all mail to the IPC mail forums will 
be bouncing back as undeliverable.

Also, internet access will be intermittent for the following websites:
 
  http://www.ipc.org
  http://www.itri.org
  http://www.mwcircuits.org
  http://www.calcircuits.org

You will be notified when proper connection is reestablished.
