Hi Mark,

We use a tooling hole in the lower left hand corner of the panel as the
origin of the panel and the datum for dimensions.  This tooling hole is
offset 5mm in the x and y directions from the panel corner.  This is a
'legacy' standard that has been around here longer than I have.
