Hello all, The IPC-4101/99 is supposed to be Lead Free FR4 material. The /26 is the standard FR4 used in a leaded process. The /99 is the proposed material for use in a No Lead process. Both use a bromine based flame retardant. The RoHS compliant material uses a TBBPA based system although manufacturers are looking into non-halogen materials as bromine substitutes. Is the /99 compliant...?

Regard's, Fred Dark Jr.
