Hi Jeff,

The nominal target length is 1.0mm

Max Lead protrusion according to IPC-A-610C from table 5-2,
 Class 1 = no shorts, Class 2 = 2.5mm, Class 3 = 1.5mm

My copy of IPC-610 has disappeared.

Can you please tell me what the recommended max lead protrusion on an
assembly is.  Is it possible to scan me a copy of that page?  I need some
back up material.
