Happy New Year to ALL,
I need a "Flowchart" describing the PCB Design Process (From reviewing component data sheets, assigning/creating footprints, inserting PCB footprints into Schematic Capture spreadsheet, merging netlist into Layout, etc.).
I am putting together a booklet for our sales people to familiarize them with PCB Design Process (Orcad Software). I have no experience in creating flowcharts and would like any assistance. I am using Visio Technical which has the basic flowchart symbols, but no examples.
Also, does anyone know if a conversion exists between Orcad Capture/Layout and Innoveda (PADS) PowerLogic and PowerPCB and vice-versa?
Thanks in advance,
Mike
