Hello and Happy Holidays all!

I haven't posted lately because I've been creating Help files for some of our
programming software. Fun work but I miss doing PCB work. Anyway, I have a
spec sheet for a part and no physical dimensions. I was hoping one of you
could help me out.

The part is a SOP 28 by UMC. I've tried their website - no help whatsoever! The
only books we have in the library are dated from the late 80's. I've been told (by
a tech) that we will probably never buy from them. Yeah, right! Fool me once ...
you know the rest.

Any chance someone out there in Cyberland can help me? Okay, so maybe
you can't help me with most of my problems but just with this one? Please? I'll
tell Santa to be extra good to you!  :-)
