Hello out there!

Has anyone had any experience placing BGA parts by hand? I've been told
there has been mention of purchasing an automatic pick and place machine
for our in-house assembly shop but for now we have been manually placing
SMD parts by hand and using a reflow oven. Obviously, there are issues
with BGA's, mainly, how do you know you've placed the part correctly?
Other than the silkscreen outline, it's pretty much a blind guesstimate.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
