Jeffrey,

Look on the Internet for a program (I do not remember the name) that utilizes
the EDIF output of OrCAD (you should be able to generate an EDIF from OrCAD
Schematic), and translates that to PADS Schematic format.

The company that I am thinking about was big into EDIF and EDIF-XML.
