Compare the body width dimensions (W) in Figure 2 with the land pattern width 
(X) in Figure 3.  You will see that the min pad width is always larger than 
the body width until you get to a 1210.  For the 1210 and 1812 caps they have 
specified all these pad widths narrower than the component body.  Since the 
component pads are metalized all the way around, it doesn't make sense.

The next rev of IPC SM782 corrects this error.  They have also modified the 
fillet tables (Figure 4).

Following are the "new" pad widths that IPC faxed to us.  All the other 
figure 3 and 4 data changed also.
