Hi Alexis,
The best way of doing this is to purchase a copy of "Adobe Acrobat
Writer".
This will add an new option in your printer selection dialogue when you
print a document,
to producing a PDF file instead of printing to paper.
I think that there are some shareware applications out there that will
do this for you (Ghostscript ?)
But I would recommend using the full Adobe product if you can persuade
your people to buy it as it is much more reliable than any of the
shareware products in my experience.

P.S. I think that Adobe Acrobat Writer comes free with Framemaker if
you have that package.

I have Allegro (PE13.0) and Viewlogic (7.53). There is a need at my
company
to create
.pdf files for drawings from both applications. Has anyone out there
done
this? What do
I need to do/buy? Thanks.
