A lurker jumps from the bush....

I too have seen these ads Jack and I find that when you read the "fine
print" it never really works out to the low low price they imply.  There
is always an extra charge per hole size change or plated thru hole or
silkscreen etc etc.

I guess its great if you never have to ask your board shop any technical
questions... 

Ill go back into the woods now...

I know there have been a few discussions lately
about ExpressPCb and other freeware, but this
question is a little different....

I am being told that PCBExpress can do 1-day
turns for around $100. None of my current vendors
are like that, they charge more like $1000 locally.

Now I am being asked to take a little test board
that I ALREADY HAVE GERBER DATA for, and
recreate it in PCBExpress just to get it for $100
by the weekend.

Does anyone have vendors that take gerbers who
are competitive with this?
