It was recommended by Jack Crawford at the IPC that I resubscribe. It
apparently did the trick. The original info that I had on subscribing
was

I thought things were a little quite. I look forward to viewing the
discussions that are sure to take place, and hopefully I will be able
to get involved in a few.
