I am looking for a board house that can build some prototypes for me next
year.

The quick board description is:

flip-chip design
250 micron pitch on 7 parts, 822 balls each, ~ 500 pwr/gnd balls
rigid-flex
microva - 2+ XX+2
2 mil trace/space
controlled impedance
overal size of finished board is approx. 5.5 x 2.5
2 rigid portions, 2.5 x 1.9, with multilayer flex in-between

Anyone know a board shop who could tackle this?
