Hi there, this old chestnut has reared its ugly head again & I am wanting to
be able to download (from the net)
some articles on recommended storage conditions for SMT components.
I need to be able to recommend a good storage method, detailing sealing,
moisture absorption etc.
Our components are mainly caps/resistors/transistors/SOIC/PLCC (no BGA -
yet!).
So have you got any suggestions, experiences or comments please?
Many thanks in advance, Matthew Lamkin.
P.S. I bet its detailed in an IPC spec, so which one Peter?
