To our expierence CADSTAR CADIF files can be read into VISULA, but VISULA
CADIF files fails most of the time to be loaded into CADSTAR for Windows.

This makes a lot of sense, because CADSTAR is more limited than VISULA and
it is expected to upload but not to download.
