I'm giving a presentation soon which will be an "Introduction to ICT".

I have a lot of references, but my copy of "SMTA TP-101 Testability
Guidelines" is Revision C from 2002. I would like to buy rev D, but in the
meantime I'm interested to know if they have changed one particular
guideline #P-6
"A 0.035 / 0.040 pad diameter will guarantee probe contact..."
Does the newer revision recommend the same diameters?

I'm wondering if accuracy has improved in the last ten years?

Jack
