I have heard about this contest but never really paid
attention till last year.  I attended the PCB West Mardi 
Gras party and had a conversation with a Top Gun 
participant.  What he said about the contest got me
interested.  He told me I should try next year(2006).  

Can someone explain in detail how this contest works?
I would like to know more than I get on the webpage.
What type of design? The length of time given etc.?
 How do you enter? What is the cost? 

All help is appreciated.
