PRAEGITZER DESIGN A DIVISION OF PRAEGITZER INDUSTRIES is the largest
Design Service Bureau in the United States.  We have regular, full-time
openings for Sr. Cadence PCB Designers and Cadence Project Managers in
the following locations:

Fremont, CA, Hillsboro, OR, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, Ca Denver, Co,
Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, and Raleigh, NC.


Sr. Cadence PCB Designer

Description: Designs and drafts layouts for printed circuit boards
(PCBs) by using Cadence Allegro design tool. Reviews and analyzes
engineering design schematics and supporting documents to plan layout of
PCB components and printed circuitry, including dense, high-speed
multilayer boards, from schematic or netlist input through fabrication,
assembly, and test output. Quoting, scheduling, and monitoring design
projects. On occasion, coordinates the design efforts of multiple-board
projects. Aids in training junior designers or engineers in layout tasks
and efficient use of design tools.

Requirements: Prefer educational background in Electrical Engineering,
Computer Science, and five years diversified CAD-based circuit board
design experience, plus 2 years of recent full-time experience using
Cadence Allegro. Basic computer literacy with UNIX and PC/Windows
applications.
