Hey Mike have you ever looked at adobe arcobat exchange as a way of getting your information on-line?  We
use it here and it is fantastic.  Sorry I can help about your printing problem but as far as the on-line
archive I can help you a great deal.  E-mail me back if I can help, but if I am barking up the wrong tree
sorry about wasting your time.
