Rick has 37 years of experience in the electronics industry and has dedicated the past 27 years to printed circuit design and development with emphasis on control of signal integrity and control of EMI, in both Digital and RF PC Boards.  He is a past member of the Editorial Review Board of Printed Circuit Design Magazine and is currently on the IPC Designers Council Executive Board, the Designers Council Education Committee, is Chairman of the IPC Printed Circuit Design Committees and Chairman of the High Speed Focus Module Committee.  Additionally, Rick is co-founder and past president of the Greater Ohio Chapter of the IPC Designers Council and is currently the National Chairman of the Designers Council.
