I haven't used PADS before. My experience is with Mentor and Intercept
Technology (Pantheon).

However, I do need some layout software and I'm unwilling to pay the higher
price that Mentor and Intercept require.

Please tell me:

1) Is there an interface to read OrCad Capture netlist format?

2) What price are you asking?
