hi Mike,
some MLB manufacturer are able to etch a copper heat-sink in a manner that
it's result in a power plane. Thereafter "normal" MLB-lamination, drilling,
-plating. More as a decade ago here (confoederatio helvetica) was (and is) a
MLB-shop, producing also such hi-power MLB.
