Do have to clamp and hold it down during reflow process e.g. with a carrier/pallet

I have a totally unbalanced (7 layer with odd laminate )stack up Board 350 x 200mm. Have one side componet.
After assembly we cannot control Wrap and twist . Is anyone have a experience on this.
unbalanced stack up is require for EE/RF reason
