 REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register for these workshops and/or exams, simply complete the registration form
on the back of the attached brochure and write in the new workshop/exam location
under the "Please sign me up" section. Study materials, as well as an exam voucher,
may also be purchased using the registration form. Note that participants are on
their own for lunch at all Designer Certification Workshop/Exams except the June
(Northbrook) and September (Haverhill) courses. Participants are also responsible for
their own travel and hotel arrangements. All registrants will receive a
map/directions to the course hotel and surrounding area. Other details are included
in the attached brochure.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at each course hotel (or nearby for
on-site locations) at special IPC meeting rates.  All course registrants will be
furnished appropriate hotel information.
