We're located in Wisconsin, yet we do most of our PCB design through a
small company in North Carolina, CAD Design Inc (www.caddsgn.com).  

They charge $85/hr.  I think they do a few hours of free work on a
typical job due to minor schematic changes made after layout has begun.


Price isn't the main issue in choosing board designer.  The most
important thing is willingness to brainstorm and work through design
tradeoffs with us throughout the layout process.
