HI Bill,

This would be a good candidate for the SDK.

Currently I have Sainesh writing up a detailed cable documentation methodology which involves many elements that you mentioned.

The key missing part is the physical harness design, which as others have said is normally done using mechanical CAD.

I agree that a proper cabling design system that's directly tied to the board design would be even better.
