I think Leslie Gomez might be able to help with getting them converted
if you have all the necessary files. I'm pretty sure she will want to be
compensated for it though... but it shouldn't be too much.
She is a licensed PADS user and works with Mentor and Altium too.

Fellow Designers:
I have a couple of files that I am told are a PCB Database, however I
am not sure what they are. I have done some research but have had no
luck in figuring it out. If anyone know what they are, I would
certainly appreciate your input.
GenDataDB.gdt - 18,711 KB
LayoutDB.lyt - 5,633 KB
Once I figure this out, then I need translation or gerber generation.
