	**** FRIDAY,  JANUARY 19,1996 ****

Finding your way through the maze of certifications required in the 
global marketplace can be a daunting process. Designed for small and 
medium sized companies, this forum will provide an overview of 
certifications, and requirements for pursuing certifications, as well as 
the implications on domestic ans international markets. A number of 
electronics company executives will share their experiences on 
certifications.

Certification such as: ISO-9000, ISO-14000, European Community "CE" mark 
and EMC directives will be discussed.

The program will run from 7:30 am to approximately 2:00 pm, and will 
include a luncheon speaker: Dennis Sester, Corporate Vice President and 
Director of Quality and Customer Satisfaction, Land Mobile Products, 
Motorola Inc. The forum is scheduled for:
