Hello Tech Netters,

We are a CM mainly doing mixed technology and box build, and very little
BGA work.  We have on the horizon a large quantity BGA work coming and
I'm looking to find information concerning out-side BGA x-ray inspection
services. In the past we have done a few BGA, but not in the quantities
coming in this new job.

Can someone help me out and let me know:

1. What is the average cost is for this type of service?
2. If you have your own x-ray system - what is the return on investment?
3. Suggestions on x-ray systems?
4. Names of places offering the x-ray inspection service?
