What is the Illinois Designer's Council, and what's in it for me ?

1.  Provide a way to get accreditation for knowledge PCB Designers
    have gained through experience.

2.  Give "clout" to PCB Designers Nation-wide in the development
    of software and other standards (IPC Standards also).

3.  Network with other PCB Designers.

4.  Provide Educational meetings and forums to enhance PCB Design
    knowledge like:
                Technical seminars
                films
                On-site inspection and educational understanding of:
                        Photoplotting facilities
                        PCB Fabrication plants
                        PCB Assembly plants
                        many others....


1.  Are you interested in becoming a member of the IPC
    Illinois Designers Council?

        a) If interested, what do you expect to get out of the council?


        b) If not interested, we would like to hear your comments.



2.  Are you interested in the IPC Designers Certification program?






3.  Upon becoming a member, what would be the most convenient time
    for meetings.
                How often? (quarterly, monthly etc.)
                Time of day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening)
                Where ? (IPC headquarters, Your business, Roving)




4.  What council sponsored activities would interest you?
Technical seminars on Surface mount design, high speed design
crosstalk, documentation, etc., field trips to photographers,
fabricators, assemblers, other.






5.  Would you be willing to become an officer in the council?



6. Would you like to be on our mail, email, or fax list?
