        The Boston area chapter will host a meeting on two topics,
        Impedance and High Speed Materials.  This will start at 6pm
        on March 2nd, held in the cafeteria of APC in Billerica,
        allowing us to get back to a low cost format ($5 members
        and $10 non-members).  Pizza/soft drinks will be served.
