Greetings,
I am looking for a little help regarding embedded resistors. This
is not a true design issue but rather an information issue. We intend to
treat them as parts as far as the CAD system is concerned as opposed to a
feature. On the schematic, each resistor will have the usual set of
attributes: ref des, value, tol, pin num. When we run our parts list, these
show up as discrete parts. What schemes are used to make sure they are for
internal use only and some purchasing agent won't try to buy them? TIA!
