All,
I am wondering if we are is missing Happy's point... or maybe it's me. I
think that what Happy was saying was that because of the way you build a
board, you cannot use blind vias to go from just any layer to just any
other layer. You have to set up the blind vias for drilling layer pairs,
taking into consideration how you are going to stack the board at
manufacture. How are you going to drill from layer 1 to layer 5 unless
it's controlled depth drilling?
