The approved standard for this part is available at
http://www.jedec.org/DOWNLOAD/pub95/ms-026c.pdf it is defined as a "low/Thin
profile" with a with a max component ht of 1.2mm [0.047"]

I'm running out of time here...can anyone tell me what this is (what's the
"T" for?) or lead me in the right direction to a pcb footprint?  In JEDEC
it's MO-136.  I've been able to find info at that site before using the
search engine but I think my brain cells just quit working and I can't find
anything.  TIA!
