If I had it to do over I would not pick engineering and I would
certainly not pick PCB design. I live in the San Francisco area. Compare
paychecks with your average real estate agent and they have engineers
beat by 30-50%. Unless you just love the work it's not the field to be
in any more. Working for Cisco in the 90s was a great deal. But now it's
just another job.
