If the board is being assembled as a panel rather than as individual
boards, this is definitely true. The product delivered by the fabricator
should be specified. If the board is delivered already broken apart, then
the panelization is irrelevant; if it is delivered as a panel for
subsequent assembly, the panel should be specified....
