Hi Wayne,

You may have already recieved the info you are looking for. However, I
found that quite often, the IC maker will offer a suggested breakout
pattern in their data book. If the vendor you are using does not ahve it,
you might want to try looking at another vendor's databook.

Regards,

Charlie B.

Subject: [DC] BGA's

Hello,
We are using a 144 pin micro BGA with a dimension of 12 x 12 MM. I am
trying to find a breakout pattern that will allow us to use inexpensive
technology to produce the board. If this is not practical then we are
thinking of going to a BGA socket.
Does any one have any suggestions for a break out pattern?
Does any one have the name of a supplier of BGA sockets?
Any and all help is appreciated!
Wayne Moltz
