I've tired to find out how much clearance is required between SMD parts such as 0603, 0805, and
SOT23 parts. For example, if I have 2 0603 resistors side by side, what's the minimum distance
between the resistors? Are there rules of thumb or IPC rules? How accurately can SMD parts be
placed by machine? I've asked an assembly house, but didn't get an answer. I'm looking for typical
values.
