Fellow members of the IPC Designers Council,

It's been an unusual year for all of us, much has happened this year to be
thankful and grateful for... I truly feel we have come through some tough
times and are seeing the end of the storm... the skies are clearing, and
good sailing is ahead..

My hopes and prayers are for a very great year, next year with health,
prosperity, and happiness for us all.

I will be taking vacation time for the holidays, so I will look forward to
seeing you all next year.

All my best wishes to you and yours, and have a wonderful Holiday and a
Happy New Year!
