I believe my membership dues are up for renewal shortly.
I plan to convert to the new "at-large" membership.
I have two questions:

1. Whom do I contact to find out about where and when to pay these dues?

2. What is the policy for at-large members wishing to ordering IPC 
materials?  Previously I had to go through the chapter to order.
