IPC-D-275 was released in 1991, several months before IPC-RB-276 was 
published in 1992. IPC typically doesn't reference 
obselete, nonexistent nor still-to-be-published specifications.

The revisions to -275 and -276 will establish the two-way relationship of 
the documents.
