Orcad Capture, the schematic part is still alive/sold/supported. Orcad 
Layout, the PCB design part is no longer available -it's been replaced 
by PCB Designer, a subset of Cadence Allegro.
I hear a Monty Python skit here:  Orcad - "I'm not dead yet!"
